This website is operated by Japality Limited, a limited company incorporated in Hong Kong. References to “Japality”, “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Japality Limited unless the context identifies another product or organisation.

Japality Limited is a software company. Mentions of “Hong Kong” identify the company’s place of incorporation and domicile.

General contact: info@japality.com. For legitimate company, contractual, or statutory correspondence that requires a registered office or postal address, email the contact above and state the purpose; we will provide current delivery instructions through an appropriate channel.

2. Website information only

Website content is general information about the company, collaboration areas, software, and published apps. It is not legal, medical, investment, or other professional advice and should not be relied on as such.

No website page, email enquiry, discussion, app download, or preliminary review creates a professional, advisory, partnership, agency, or contractual relationship. A project exists only after authorised parties sign a written agreement.

3. Products and apps

Japality apps are software tools for productivity, education, visualisation, calculation, developer work, games, or technical workflows. Store listings, in-app notices, privacy labels, and subscription terms govern ordinary product use.

• Check inputs, units, parameters, assumptions, and outputs independently.
• Apps are not substitutes for qualified professional judgment in regulated domains.
• Availability, features, compatibility, prices, and data practices may differ by platform, territory, version, and time.
• Most consumer apps are proprietary store products. Only projects published on our Open Source page and GitHub are offered under open-source licences.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise identified, website text, original graphics, branding, layout, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Japality Limited. All rights are reserved. App Store, Google Play, GitHub, third-party names, and third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

Open-source repositories and components are governed by the licence displayed with the relevant code. Some projects (for example JapalitySplice) may require a separate commercial licence for proprietary or internal business use. Do not assume that website access grants a licence to software, source code, data, trademarks, or commercial use.

5. Website accuracy and acceptable use

We take reasonable care when publishing company and product information, but website content can become incomplete or outdated. Published dates indicate when information was last reviewed; they are not a guarantee of continuing accuracy or availability.

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, misrepresent affiliation or approval, scrape it in a manner that impairs service, or use its content unlawfully.
